GPF || A post-mortem examination was conducted on Friday March 27, 2026, on the body of Otis John Jordan Payne, of South Haslington, East Coast Demerara, who died on Tuesday March 24, 2026.The examination was performed by Government Pathologist Dr. Nehaul Singh at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation mortuary, who gave the cause of death as peritonitis (infection of the abdomen due to a perforated stomach ulcer).Specimens were taken from the body for a toxicology report.The body was subsequently handed over to the family.
