The six-day Student Empowerment Camp, a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour, is designed to equip students with the skills and confidence to make positive decisions, strengthen their emotional well-being, and develop as leaders. Through continued mentorship and support when school resumes, the programme aims to empower every participant to reach their full potential and become a positive influence within their schools and communities.
Minister of Education Hon. Sonia Parag visited students participating in the Student Empowerment Camp, where she interacted with them and shared words of encouragement as they embarked on a journey of personal growth and positive change. During her visit, the Minister reminded students that they are not defined by their past mistakes but by the choices they make moving forward, encouraging them to embrace the opportunities before them.
