Prominent attorney-at-law Sanjeev Datadin has offered pro bono legal representation to Naderia James, who is charged with the murder of her reputed husband, Kevin Smith.
James is accused of fatally stabbing Smith on September 18, 2025, during an alleged domestic dispute at Baramita, North West District. This publication understands that Datadin will mount a robust defence on her behalf as the case proceeds through the courts.
