The person who assaulted a biker on Sunday while doing a ritual at Zeelugt, East Bank Essequibo, road, causing traffic to come to a halt, has been positively identified as Mahendra Teekah, also called “Ravie.”
According to the police, he is in custody. The victim is alleged to be in a stable condition and has been discharged from the hospital.
