The Mohameds and their high-powered legal team were left stunned on Wednesday after Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman shut down their constitutional challenge, ruling that the explosive extradition case WILL proceed right where it is—despite Azruddin Mohamed’s earlier boasts that the matter was “heading to the High Court.”
The path is now cleared for the committal proceedings to begin on January 6, 2026.
